When you submit the free ebook form or a contact form, we collect the name, email, and (optionally) phone number you provide. We do not buy lists or scrape contact data.
How we use it
Submitted contact details are used to deliver the requested resource (e.g. the podcast revenue ebook) and to follow up about Business One Stop Shop services. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Access controls
Lead submissions are stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security enabled. Read, update, and delete access through the public API is denied by default; only the site owner can review submissions through an authenticated admin path.
Platform security
The site is built and hosted on the Lovable platform, which provides TLS in transit and managed backend infrastructure. This page describes app-owner practices and is not an independent certification.
Retention & deletion
Contact records are retained while they remain relevant to delivering services. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us using the contact below.
Shared responsibility
Lovable provides the underlying hosting and security primitives. Business One Stop Shop is responsible for how the application uses those primitives — including what we collect, who can access it, and how long we keep it.
